The G1 app was never incredible, but at least it worked before the last update. The app crashes when trying to use Bill Pay.

This update is horrible. The app keeps crashing. I cant even log on right now.

Cant log in anymore

I cant even log in. As soon as I click to input my user name, the app crashes

It has a glitch where it will let me type in my password but when I get to the security question it closes

Ever since the Nov 3 update I cant login. This is very frustrating because the new ATMs doesnt read the checks I use or receive and I dont have time to stand in line at understaffed branches!!! Please fix this ASAP or Ill move accounts to another bank. Thank you

They updated their app a week ago, hasnt worked since, called today they said it was known and they were working on it. A week? Come on, roll back the update and debug your software before you roll it out.

Since update nothing but crashes. Last night crashed every time I tried to enter amount for deposit. Today crashes on trying to enter security question answer. Touch ID is gone. Terrible app.

Theres no use to have this app take up space in my phone anymore. Cant even log in without it shutting down every time. This needs major fix asap...

Though I think this is a great App, every since the new update it crashes every time I try to start it. I hope you get this fixed soon, so I can start using it again.

The app used to work very well. After the update, the app crashes anytime I attempt to make any type of transfer.

Im so disappointed with the recent update! I attempted to make a deposit but was unable to enter the amt of the check. The app kicked me out each time I attempted. I contacted the technical support and they too were unable to find a solution. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned my iPhone completely off and on. Now the mobile app wont allow me to entry my user ID! How do you expected your customers to use your app if it doesnt function correctly! Please research and make the necessary fixes!

I hope there will be an update soon to fix the crashing. Until then Im rating 2 stars cause all I can use this app for is checking my balance. I cant deposit my checks or transfer money which was the main reason I use this app.

New update crashes that app when I try to log in

I have always boasted about Golden 1s awesome banking App. But it is useless to me now. It opens on my iPhone but as soon as I try to log in, it crashes. I called and they acted like it was my phone but now I see I am not the only one with this issue. Please fix it!!

As soon as I try to input text it closes.

update: crashing on entering amount fixed by removing my third party keyboard word flow. try disabling / removing keyboard to have deposits work. After update mobile deposit crashes when trying to enter amount. App is pretty much useless now. Phone has been restarted many times.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app - no joy. The issue seems to be tied to custom keyboards. When a custom keyboard (like Word Flow in this instance) is configured in iOS, the app crashes. When the custom keyboards are removed, the app seems to work.

Whats the use of the app if its unusable? I cant even log in without it kicking me out. Regardless of how many times I uninstall and reinstall the issue persists. So disappointing.

Used to be great. Some of us rely heavily on apps like these. If Im lucky enough that it even lets me sign in, itll close when I try to access anything or try to deposit anything. Zero stars if I could.
