Still behind

You are behind in the user interface design. Login experience is not good. Why you still require the security question to login after using Touch ID?? Honestly, its time to hire a different ( person/team/company) to work on your App. Or you can just learn from safe credit union Golden 1 is a good band but still behind in mobile banking

Needs an updated look

App looks old. Also not optimized for any of the new iPhones with bigger screens. Functions pretty well except when it doesnt work.

Cannot install

Tried to install the app and got to the last step before getting an error message with no explanation of why it will not work. Was told to call for help, but of course the bank is closed in the evening. Mobile banking is a must-have Golden1! Fix this or I will be closing my account. Btw- the security questions are silly- you expect people to know the exact amount of mortgage/ car payment within $25-100 increments?

Not working

Ive been using this app for several years now and in the last few months the app and the online banking options are not working and it is unacceptable. Ive been a member of this bank for more than 20 years and I am completely fed up with being unable to access my accounts online. Please update the app, soon.

App has serious issues

Im a member and Golden 1 wont listen to the problems. - I had an account overdrawn because this app took thousands from my account and has no way to tell you its going to do it. NSF and it retries to take money without telling you the time or even that its going to take the money. It over drew my account and messed up my money. - U cant contact tech support or message from this app. - it wont let you put in all the zip code for a new biller - it wont let you setup recurring payments - tech support is unavailable or hides I hate this app. The previous one was way better. Its like they dont check this app function out after setting it up. They have changed nothing since I told customer service BEWARE OF THIS APP AS IT TOOK $$$$s from my account without telling me.

Works well (my first use of it)

Installed it on an iPhone 6 with the latest IOS 9. Used it to check my accounts and depoist two checks. Responsiveneess of the app was excellent. The deposited checks initially went in as pending. Ten minutes later I received an email stating the deposts were successfully and they were credited to my account. Checked using the app and both were credited. I have the touchpad log-in option enabled. It always asks a security question after log-in. Also has a Mobile PIN sign-on but that cannot be used when the touchpad method is enabled. I understand the need for the security question (in case the cell phones security is compromised), but I wish there was a faster way.

So buggy recently!!

Ive been using the app for over a year, with very few problems. What problems did occur, were always fixed with the next "update" for the app. Now, the app is constantly crashing, freezes up, wont take my mobile deposits. Ive tried deleting and reinstalling, but didnt help at all. Dont know what happened Golden 1, but please fix the app! Like most of us, Im a busy person that doesnt have time for an extra stop at the bank, so I rely on this app for my banking. Fix soon please!!!!!

New update causes force close.

Cannot enter in my user id since the new update. Whenever I click anywhere in the app it force closes. App is now useless.

New update is giving me a error message not allowing me to log into my account. I like the idea of the new update, the member to member transfers is going to be amazing but I just need the app to work first. Been using this app for years and never had a problem until this last update.

If you dont like this app, you dont know how cruddy the apps are at that other credit union you were thinking of...

Was a great app....

Since the update it will force close trying to access the User ID field. App is useless now. Deleting and reinstalling doors not fix the issue.
