This app has come a long way. It still needs some polishing up, such as an iPad version (especially if there is an iPad Pro to come). One thing Im really surprised about is there isnt Touch ID integration. Lets get that on the next update! Every other major credit card and bank has rolled out with it. Come on Golden1!

The app is good overall, but I am still waiting for Touch ID integration. It would make using the app much easier, especially for those with strong passwords (of course thank goodness I have 1Password and can paste it in)

Design is old and outdated looking...needs to be improved!

Just add Touch ID support and a new coat of paint and itll get 5 stars from me!

Stay on g1 page over a minute. Then finally sign in i wait for few mintue then error crash. Pos crap

When it works its ok but it never works. Whoever designed this app gets an f for failure. Par for the course though. Golden 1 as a whole has been on a downhill slide for the last 5 years. They lost touch with their customers and should have the credit union stripped from their name. They are a corporation getting credit union tax breaks that are paying to the nba for advertising.

This app used to work great, now it just keeps crashing when I take the first picture of the check. Useless waste of time.

Their mobile deposit is junk. It cannot read a perfectly legible check. Ive tried 50 times on three checks and I only had success on one. This app is a waste of your time.

this app works if all you need to do is view your balance or activity. Otherwise it is an exercise in frustration. the deposit function is useless despite countless efforts to sharpen the image and follow FAQS. I keep finding the atm machine deposit functions are out of order at multiethnic locations. If you like finding yourself in line at the bank in order to perform simple banking procedures, this is the app for you.

Its been 2 years since Touch ID launched. Its time to add this feature! Plus iPhone 6 optimization!

Im 17 . I have an account with golden one but I guess since Im underaged I cant use this app . This makes me mad I want to check my account toooo just as well as every other person who downloaded this freaking app

The app is stable and has always worked well with me. However, Touch ID has been out for nearly 3 years now. Other major banking apps have incorporated this feature already, whats the hold up? Putting my password every time is mildly annoying.

Please add support for iPhone 6 / 6 plus displays!!

It would be nice to log in using Touch ID that has been around for two years now.

In todays hyper-security world there is no excuse for not providing support for Touch ID and password managers. Apple provides the API that will allow inline security. Please make it a priority.

The mobile deposit feature is so convenient for me. I havent had any technological problems. Honestly is it really that big of a deal that it doesnt carry the Touch ID feature? Im glad this app even exists!

The user interface looks soo out of date compared to other banking apps, why not give it a sleek new look? And add Touch ID please, also Instant Push Notifications would be great.
