I really hate this app with a passion... Ive never took time out of my day to write a review, but this app is so terrible it deserves one. Ive been a Golden 1 member for about 4 months now and Ive been trying to give them time to update this app, which they have done multiple times since Ive joined, however this interface has never changed. It does not have TOUCH ID and to make matters worse... After typing in your password you have to also answer your case sensitive security question every time you attempt to log in!!!! So frustrating... This app almost makes it worth paying all those hidden fees through a traditional bank, chase bank app was waaaay better... Golden 1 step it up

Could be better.

Im still waiting for 6 plus optimization and Touch ID

No payment options

App says you can make a payment well thats great if you are a banking customer with them. Got a car loan and the dealer did it through Golden 1, you can not make payment on line or through the app, checks and payment book only. What kind of bank did the car dealer get me into? This bank is a credit union so why take loans from out side non members, so out of date.

Can I give a negative star???

Text mobile banking alerts doesnt work and I cant add new billers to my online bill pay....saying my account number is not valid....umm thanks but Im pretty sure it is.....and the company is already pre-loaded in the system so not really sure why it will not take my account number.....app needs some major updates....

Generally OK, Not Always Accurate

It works fairly well though sometimes I will look at an accounts recent transactions, then flip through a couple of screens. When I return to the account screen some of the transaction that were there moments ago would be missing. Ive also received errors telling me a transfer amount exceeded the amount available even though Im only transferring $1k from an account that has had a $7k balance for over a month.

App is great but

STOP ASKING SECURITY QUESTIONS EVERY TIME I LOG IN!!!!!

No Touch ID?

You are behind in the user interface design. Login experience is bad,very busy window. Please add Touch ID

Good start needs TOUCH ID

desperately needs Touch ID support. Mostly its a pretty solid app. The mobile deposit feature works much better than my other bank apps. Once it gets Touch ID I can upgrade to 5 stars!

In lieu of PAM, please show User ID

I understand the loss of the Personal Assurance Message (PAM), but that helped me identify which account I was logged into. The new password screen does not show your User ID, which could cause confusion if you have more than one account.

Transaction history crash

Was scrolling back through transactions and the history crashed. The app still worked but could no longer see transaction. It stated there was no history. In short useless. Had to go onto my computer.

Overall great app

Honestly the app is very easy to use and works great on my iphone. Personally the Touch ID feature would be nice but its not a must. Everyone is just getting used to doing less. Keep it going golden1!!

Terrible compared to competitors.

This app is way behind in comparison to other banks. A good credit union but their website and app are slacking.

Good app, need Touch ID

Ive been using this app for a while now and overall its good and stable. The mobile deposit is very helpful and I use it more than I thought. PLEASE add Touch ID. I use six financial apps for banking and credit cards and this is the only one without it.

Doesnt show all detail

After making a few changes to some payments, I went back to my checking account, it only shows detail of two weeks ago and nothing current.
