So with the new update I cannot deposit via the app...
Ive been trying to deposit a check by mobile for a week and a half now. Each time I clicked on the account to deposit the funds to, the app would kick me out. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled. Same problem, but now at the log in screen when tapping in the account number field of the login screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same issue. Still waiting for customer services to get back to me. :/
Before I had no problems with the app. But last week, I suddenly wasnt able to get past the login page. The app wasnt even registering me pressing on the box to type my username and password.
New update is broken on 10.1.1 on iPhone 7 Plus. Crashes when you click on your username. Reinstalled and rebooted a few times already. Had to use an iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 9.3 to get the app to work. Nice job, devs.
Update: I briefly reduced my rating when the Nov 3 2016 version would not process anything without crashing, but that has been fixed. Back to 5! Original: I am particularly glad that when a photo of a check deposit is rejected it now lets me immediately retake the photo without having to reenter the deposit details! I agree with other posters that the security question seems redundant, however, two factor authentication (what I know, and what I am) is more secure than single factor (what I have) so Im not sure I would advise removing it.
Shook out bugs associated with keyboard and looks great! Member transfers are dope, and more up to date credit card info!!!
The update a week or two ago totally ruined the app for me. Couldnt type anything in at all without it crashing. But now its back to normal and I love this app!!! Thank you Golden 1 for fixing this
The recent update wont allow me to get to the log-in page.
This used to be a really nice app, I rarely had problems. Now I cannot login on any device whatsoever save for the desktop. It will not go past the login screen and I eternally receive "securely signing on..." and nothing happens. What a useless waste of time and precious space! Please fix this.
This app works 1/10th of the time. The previous worked just fine. Undo what ever it is that was done on the update. Sometimes less is more *goes to mobile site*
I cant make a payment for my bills. I keep getting a message that says unavailable at this time, try back later. Please fix
I use to love the app. I cant use the latest version. The app keeps saying invalid character. The password works find online.
My credit card doesnt add or subtract payment/deduct usage from total like my checking account and savings. Please, update.
It would be nice to see PDF statements through the app. Use the fingerprint to sign in instead of typing in.

Forced to upgrade. Does not work in landscape mode on iPad, forced to view it like on a cell phone. Last version did work in landscape. Totally from 1970 looking, really a waste. I will go back to my computer rather than this piece of crap app! No stars if I could.

By far easier to use than the other banks I deal with. Simple!
When I pay bills before the due date,it still alerts that the bill has not been paid
This app has come a long way!! Modifying payments are still a little buggy but overall its a very usable convenient way to do most of your banking. Nice job developers!! If you added a stable flexible way to categorize transactions, I could get rid of mint!!
